国産黒切炭

炭火を気軽にお楽しみいただける、国産の黒切炭です。

茶道用としても使用される「菊炭（くぬぎ炭）」の製造過程で出る、形やサイズが不揃いな部分を使用しています。
形は整っていませんが、炭としての品質は変わらず、火付きがよく扱いやすいのが特徴です。

煙や臭いが比較的少なく、室内でも扱いやすいため、
「ちいさな火ばち」をはじめとした炭火器具での使用に適しています。

手で割れるほど比較的やわらかく、使用量の調整がしやすい炭です。
お湯を沸かしたり、軽く食材を炙ったりと、日常の炭火時間を気軽にお楽しみいただけます。

なお、形状やサイズには個体差がありますが、製品の特性としてご了承ください。

This is Japanese black cut charcoal that allows you to easily enjoy charcoal fire.

It is made from irregular pieces produced during the manufacturing process of Kikuzumi (Kunugi oak charcoal), which is also used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies.

Although the shapes are not uniform, the charcoal maintains the same high quality.
It ignites easily and is simple to handle.
